Louisa Lee is a purpose-driven, passionate entrepreneur and educator. Her core business is DP Dental, a progressive dental practice with two branches in Kovan & Orchard. DP Dental is regarded by many around the world as a leading-edge example of digital integrative dentistry finding new solutions to age-old problems. She is also Director of Progressive Practice, providing cutting-edge and high quality education and consultancy services. She is particularly passionate about being a Changemaker in a (R)Evolution for Healthcare and Education. She sits on the Advisory Board of Imagine Cambodia Foundation and Connected Women and is also a B1G1 Champion. She has also recently been co-opted as Council Member of ASME in Singapore (Association of Small and Medium Enterprises).

Abstract :

Growth is not the only measure of success. Some practices deliberately choose to be great - aiming to be Small Giants in an increasingly competitive landscape - by having a unique proposition, constantly redefining their own standards and moving their own goalposts. The defining characteristics of these practices are that they possess the following qualities: purpose, leadership, culture, relationships and community. With close to 15 years of practice management experience, Louisa will share DP Dental’s journey of innovation from dental to providing overall healthcare and how they leverage on the Power of Small to achieve progress.
