| Lecture | Lecture 11 : Digital Harmony in Esthetic Zirconia Veneers
|
| Date & Time | Lecture 11 : 29 April 2026, 2:20 pm – 3:10 pm |
| Abstract | Advancements in digital dentistry have significantly refined aesthetic restorative protocols, offering enhanced precision, predictability, and tissue preservation. This lecture presents a comprehensive digital workflow integrating Digital Smile Design and facescan technologies for zirconia veneer restorations. The approach emphasizes minimal invasive tooth preparation to preserve enamel structure while achieving optimal esthetic outcomes. Critical parameters of zirconia selection will be discussed, focusing on material translucency, thickness calibration, and mechanical durability. The application of lithium disilicate connection spray will be highlighted as a key step for precise surface conditioning and improved adhesive performance. Step-by-step cementation protocols will be detailed, emphasizing factors influencing marginal integrity, color stability, and long-term clinical success. Through digitally guided case demonstrations, the presentation will illustrate how the synergy between digital planning, advanced ceramic materials, and conservative preparation principles enhances workflow efficiency and restorative predictability. This lecture aims to establish a scientific and clinically applicable framework that bridges digital innovation with minimally invasive esthetic rehabilitation.
